Royal Custom Designs Sold to Makers & Craftsmen LLC
Stump & Company initiated this transaction and served as exclusive advisors to Royal Custom Designs and its selling shareholders.
Just this week we announced the sale of Royal Custom Designs to Makers & Craftsmen LLC. Founded in 1971 by the Sissoyev family, RCD is a manufacturer of high-end seating for 4–5-star hotels. The new owners will continue to operate the business in Chino, California with the goal of building on the solid foundation of the business and furthering the profitable growth of the company.
